Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
My stay at the hotel was a mix of ups and downs. The location was great for those heading to a cruise from Miami or for business downtown, with convenient access to nearby stores and restaurants. However, the room situation was a bit of a letdown with only one bed instead of the expected two beds. The service was friendly but had some issues with finding my reservation and early morning disturbances. The dining options were basic, and the facilities were average overall.
The hotel's location in the financial district of Brickell, very close to restaurants and the mall, was incredibly convenient. The rooms, despite a strong ashtray odor and proximity to the elevator, were comfortable overall. The service, although a mix of welcoming and rude encounters, had some pleasant and attentive staff members. The dining options, limited to simple choices like coffee and muffins, were disappointing, but the facilities met basic standards.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were decently clean, and I eventually moved to a better floor. However, the service fell short with unhelpful staff and an early morning wake-up call. The location was convenient, but the surrounding area didn't feel entirely safe. The dining options were minimal, and the hotel lacked a proper breakfast. Overall, it was an okay experience for a one-night stay.
